I’m a retailer/event organiser and want to sell Tipsy Toes

If you would like to stock Tipsy Toes™ in your retail outlet or as a merchandise item at your event or would like to include Tipsy Toes™ in your special event goodie bag or as a prize item email us and we’ll get back to you shortly! Please note, due to the high volume of requests that we receive we may not be able to honour your request, we’ll do our very best though! Tipsy Toes have supplied flexible folding life saving shoes to The Victoria Racing Club (VRC) Emirates Airlines, UBS, GRL Mobile,The Variety Club and The Cancer Council of Australia.

What are Tipsy Toes?

Tipsy Toes™ are a light weight, flexible sole shoe that will fold up in your bag and when the time comes, get you home with your dignity intact. Tipsy Toes are not designed to be worn as everyday shoes. Because of the lightweight material we have used please refrain from fire walking and take care near broken glass.
Tipsy Toes™ come in four colours and three sizes Small Medium and Large.

Black and Silver Tipsy Toes™ come in a reusable and recyclable package with an emphasis on reducing waste and keeping our carbon footprint petite. Snow Leopard and White Tipsy Toes come in a super cute polka dot clutch purse that even has a small make up mirror. Genius.

How do I order online?

We accept payment by the secure PayPal system worldwide. You do NOT need to be a PayPal member to pay by PayPal using your credit card. Alternatively, if you are a PayPal member (it’s easy to join at their site) you can pay from your bank account as well as by credit card AND you can pay by their secure, fast and free system.

Add the items to your cart by clicking the “add to cart” button and specifying the quantity you’d like to buy.

When you are finished shopping, click the shopping bag icon and you’ll be shown a summary of the items in your cart. Click “Checkout” at the bottom of your order. This will direct you to PayPal.

We only accept credit card payments via PayPal’s secure site in Australia. Your order will be dispatched as soon as payment has been confirmed, which is usually within 48 business hours.

Yes, a charge of 10% GST is included in the retail price shown.

What are the postage and delivery conditions?

Tipsy Toes™ will dispatch your order usually within 48 business hours of receiving it providing payment has been received (please note: payment can take up to 48 hours to be processed). All orders are sent via Australia Post’s postal service. If the parcel does not fit in your mail box, you will receive a notification card in your mail box, and you will be able to pick up your parcel from your nearest Australia Post Office. Please allow 5-10 working days for your Tipsy Toes™ order to arrive at your doorstep. Delivery lead times vary depending on which state you live in. Tipsy Toes™ does not accept responsibility for parcels that are misplaced after they have been dispatched.

What are the postage and delivery charges within Australia?

Order as may pairs as you like,there is a flat postage fee of AUD $6.00

What if my delivery is late?

Tipsy Toes™ endeavors to get your order to you as fast as possible. The delivery times outlined above are approximate only. We hope that deliveries can get to you at the earliest part of the window, however we cannot accept responsibility for delays in delivery due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g. strikes, natural disasters etc). If you are trying to estimate when a package will arrive please consider the following. Credit card authorization and address verification must be received prior to processing. What is your customer Service Policy?

If Tipsy Toes™ is unable to fulfill your order you will be notified within 3 working days by email or telephone.

What is your returns and exchange policy?

Tipsy Toes™ wants you to love your new purchase. If something isn’t right, let us know and we’ll endeavor to fix it. Tipsy Toes™ will gladly exchange or refund the original prices in accordance with the following process: You must notify us within 3 days of receiving the item of the fault or flaw by emailing us on hello@tipsytoes.com.au and then arrange return of the item to Tipsy Toes™ within 10 days of notification. Refunds can only be credited back to the credit card that was used to make the original purchase. The refund will be processed as soon as the item(s) have been received and inspected by Tipsy Toes™, however, please allow 14 days from the day you return the item for your account to be credited. If you wish to exchange your item, please make your request clear when contacting Tipsy Toes™. If you are exchanging sizes and don’t include the POSTAGE PAID self addressed envelope, we’ll send your Tipsy Toes™ back “Postage On Delivery” which can be up to $20

What if I change my mind?
Please contact us within 7 days by emailing us on hello@tipsytoes.com.au. Tipsy Toes™ will gladly exchange or refund the original price in accordance with the following process: We will need you to pay the return post to us and the item unused in its original packaging. When we have received the item back in unused condition we will gladly refund or exchange the purchase price of the item (not postage) to you via the same credit card that you paid for it . You must provide a “proof of purchase”, being either an invoice, bank statement, email confirmation from Tipsy Toes™
